A comprehensive ‘bestemmingsplan’ will be made for PARK21. The municipality starts this process by realizing a so called Milieu Effect Rapport (MER) or Environmental Impact Assessment. The first step is the writing of a ‘Notitie Reikwijdte en Detailniveau (NRD)’, or Note Scope and Level of Detail. The general public can look into the draft NRD from January 26 until March 9, 2017. During this period, they can submit viewpoints. A paper version of the NRD is available for perusal in the townhall or digitally via haarlemmermeer.nl/RO. On Thursday, February 9th between 7PM and 830PM interested parties are welcome at any time for an information meeting in the town hall, Dellaertplein-Plesman Hall, Raadhuisplein 1 in Hoofddorp. At 715PM a brief presentation will be given about the set-up of the NRD. Several civil servants will be available to answer any questions you might have.
